Rebuilt AA-GEX 2.0 Liter Engines for 1972-1983 Air-Cooled VW Bus, Van and Vanagon
All AA-GEX International Complete VW Vanagon engines are Hot Run & Tested under load conditions. These engines are actually fired up to run our complete battery of tests before the AA-GEX name goes on.
These engines with crate weigh 380 pounds.

72-83 VW Bus, Van, Vanagon Part # Description $ Price $ Core GX10725HTK 2.0 liter engine, originally from the1978 VW Vanagon, but now carbureted, w/ hydraulic lifters and early oval port heads. This engine can be used in applications from the 1972 bus to the 1978 bus 7165.00 1400.00 GX10726TK 2.0 liter engine, 1979 VW Vanagon, now carbureted, w/ hydraulic lifters and late square port heads. 7165.00 1400.00 GX10730TK 2.0 liter engine, 80-83 VW Vanagon, now carbureted, w/ hydraulic lifters, late square port heads and breather pipe in case. 7165.00 1400.00 The above core charges are additional. These amounts are refundable if returning a 2.0 liter rebuildable engine. If returning a 1.7 or 1.8 liter engine the core refund would be $300.00 if rebuildable. The 2.0 liter engine numbers start with GD, GE or CV.
