Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? A: Yes, we ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. Some restrictions apply for hazardous materials.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing (1–2 business days processing time).
Q: How much is shipping? A: 99. Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more.
Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping? A: Yes. 2-Day and Overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A: You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour by calling (406) 259-9654. After that, the order may be in processing and cannot be changed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.
Q: Do you charge sales tax? A: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Q: How do I track my order? A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Q: What if my package arrives damaged? A: Contact us immediately at support@billingsautorepairservice.net with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Do you offer repair services or just parts? A: Both. We are a full-service auto repair shop at our Billings, MT location and also sell automotive parts online.
Q: Where are you located? A: 1021 3rd Ave N, Billings, MT 59101. We are open Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MT.

Q: Are the parts you sell genuine OEM? A: We carry both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Each product page specifies the brand and type.
Q: What if the part I ordered doesn't fit my vehicle? A: Double-check your vehicle's compatibility using our fitment guide on each product page. If it still doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days to initiate a return.
