How to Order Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You may check out as a guest or create an account.

Order Confirmation After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

Order Status Log into your account to view order status, or use the tracking link sent via email once your order ships.

Order Modifications Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make changes. After 1 hour, the order may be in processing and cannot be modified.

Order Cancellations Same as modifications — within 1 hour via phone at (406) 259-9654. After that, please initiate a return once the item arrives.

Payment Processing Orders are processed after payment is verified. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.

Sales Tax Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Backorders If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date. You may cancel for a full refund at any time.

Pre-Orders Pre-ordered items will be charged at the time of purchase and shipped when available. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page.
