30-Day Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) required
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any item
Non-Returnable Items
- Special-order or custom-made parts
- Electrical components that have been installed or show signs of use
- Opened fluids, lubricants, chemicals, or aerosol products
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
- Used or installed electronic diagnostic equipment
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
How to Initiate
- Contact support@billingsautorepairservice.net or call (406) 259-9654 within 30 days
- Provide order number, item(s), and reason
- We issue an RMA number and return label (where applicable)
- Pack securely in original packaging and ship to the address on your RMA
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect (Our Error): We provide a prepaid return label at no cost
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Refund goes to original payment method. Partial refunds may apply for missing accessories. Bank processing times vary.
Exchanges For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for fastest turnaround. If our error, we ship the replacement free and provide a prepaid label for the original.
Warranty Returns Many parts carry manufacturer warranties beyond 30 days. Contact us after 30 days and we'll help file a manufacturer warranty claim (subject to manufacturer terms).
