6. Payment Terms We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. Payment is due at purchase. You authorize us to charge the full amount. All transactions are PCI-compliant. We do not store full credit card numbers.

7. Order Acceptance An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If cancelled after payment, we issue a full refund.

8. Shipping & Delivery Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy, incorporated by reference. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Governed by Montana law. Disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, then binding arbitration in Yellowstone County, Montana, per AAA rules. Any cause of action must be filed within one year.
