Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT begin processing the next business day.

Expedited and overnight rates calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO/DPO. No international shipping at this time. No P.O. Boxes for oversized items.
Restrictions: Hazardous materials (fluids, batteries, aerosols) ship ground only within contiguous US. Oversized items (engine blocks, transmissions) may incur surcharges.
Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for carrier system updates.
Lost/Delayed Packages: If not delivered within 10 business days past ETA, email support@billingsautorepairservice.net. We open a carrier trace and file claims as needed (7–14 business day investigation).
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you. Contact us immediately if you spot an error.
Undeliverable Packages: Returned packages will be re-shipped at your cost.
Order Changes/Cancellations: Cancel within 1 hour of placement by calling (406) 259-9654. After 1 hour, the order may have entered processing and cannot be modified.
